I called Romtek and spoke to Mike. I really needed his advice on which one of the 2 batteries in my laptop I needed to purchase on line. I texted him pics of the battery.He even gave me the site on Amazon with the correct battery to purchase.He did this just to simply help me out over the phone.So cool.

I called Mike because I had a problem with my laptop. He arrived when promised, prepared to diagnose the problem. We talked as he worked, and I understood his process. I am glad I called him because he's competent, honest, communicates with his client, and asks a fair price for an on-site call. I will call him for future repairs.

Anyone with computer systems in disrepair, or are without adequate backups in place who need a complete overhaul with their IT at the office like I did or at home, need to give Mike Rombough aka "Smart Guy" a call. His understanding and professionalism are simply outstanding! He brought my clinical office from total collapse to back up and running (better than ever), and in no time at all.
