Had a great massage from RMT Krystle, she found all of the tight knots in my back and it was great to be able to add on an infra-red sauna session right afterward. I felt relaxed and invigorated! Love this friendly spot for a healthy spa day right in the heart of Niagara.
My husband treated me to a package of my choice as a belated Christmas present and I can honestly say that it's the best spa experience I've had to date.I chose the Christmas Retreat Package (45 minutes in the salt cave, followed by a hot stone massage and facial) and by the time I was done, I felt light as air.When booking both a massage and facial, my previous experience at multiple other spas has usually involved an awkward break between services to change rooms and staff. However, here they were performed in the same room by the same therapist so that the treatments could segue into each other uninterrupted. 5/5 for my husband and I. We started our spa day with the salt cave and a visit to the sauna. The environment was very peaceful when you enter and the staff were friendly and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our experience and the shower afterward was lovely. Everything was clean and well kept and we will definitely be back!
