I was traveling through the area, still 6 hours from home and trying to make it back that evening. I stopped at a local restaurant, and when I went to start the truck, the starter seized up. I tried everything but to no avail. Finally deciding that I needed to get it to a mechanic, my Dad had noticed that Harrigan's wasn't too far away. After having the truck towed it was a mere hour before I was ready to hit the road again! They did a very good job, and tried everything before commiting to a new starter to try and keep cost down. I'm thankful that I was able to find such an honest and straightforward mechanic to deal with.

Best Auto Shop around by far. I've been going here for several years now and they never let me down. Always straight forward, good pricing, never do more than is needed and customer service is top notch. Jenn at reception is amazing (she knows everything) and James has fixed my car to perfection many times over! Best People!

Amazing people to deal with, very honest and helpful. After calling around literally every shop in Niagara Falls to find a part and get it replaced on my car, it turned out to be a much harder part to source and no one was able to help. Jen was the most helpful person I spoke to. Initially she couldn’t find it either but, she went above and beyond to locate one and called me back with a quote and time frame. The total cost of the repair was half of what other shops quoted me for just the part! I will always be coming back to Harrigan’s. Thanks again!
