As I'm reading through these reviews, I'm very surprised to see negative feedback for this clinic and vet. I have been a client with them for going on 3 years now and I've had nothing but positive experiences. My cat Fluff E. Bum was diagnosed with diabetes a couple years ago, and Dr. Adele and his staff supported us every step of the way, taking the time to help educate me on Fluff's new condition, as well as comfort me. The compassion, reassurance, and patience they had while dealing with me will always be something I'm grateful for. Recently, my cat Sasha had trouble with his urinary tract and couldn't urinate - I stopped by when they opened, and despite having a busy morning full of scheduled surgeries and walk in emergencies, they still made sure Sasha was seen. I was given a clear explanation of what was wrong, and what the solution was, as well as different options for treatment - along with the price tag for each. When Sasha was put under anesthesia, he was finally able to pee, and Dr. Adele called me himself to update me, and verify I wanted to move forward with treatment. When I picked him up, Dr. Adele had a sample of Sasha's urine to show me the sand that had developed there (and was the cause of the blockage) I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with their fur baby. I'm extremely protective of my pets - as we all are - but Dr. Adele and his staff have my trust. Thank you for all you do 🙏🩵
Dr Adel and his staff are all extremely wonderful. when I call with issues they're usually quick to get me and my furbaby in for an exam. He's not about stuffing his pockets with cash, he actually cares about the animals and is extremely thorough and informs you of everything, nothing is ever pushed on you. I discovered Dr Adel back when I was a volunteer for a local rescue and after seeing how he engaged with the rescue animals I quickly moved my personal animals over.
