Great indoor outdoor spa. Had a hot stone massage for our anniversary which we enjoyed. It would be nicer if the spa was open later so we could enjoy the pools longer. Our appointments were 4pm and 5:30pm and spa closed at 7pm. They have outdoor lighting but don’t utilize it as it closes before it gets dark. Still a nice experience to enjoy if you are in the area.
My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was such a great time. Despite the spa being a little small compared to other thermal journeys, you can still spend all day here. The outside pools are so clean and relaxing! The inside has another pool and Himalayan sauna to use. We did the couples package which included a massage and facial, which were so relaxing I didn’t want them to end. The RMT knew what they were doing, and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I’d recommend this spa to anyone dropping by the Niagara area!
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our experience! Unfortunately it had taken a little longer than planned to sign paperwork and get our stuff in the lockers, so it cut into our time for massages. There was no flexibility due to other reservations, which is understandable. I do wish they allowed a bit more time incase things go wrong. With that said, we paid $260 for 15-20 minute massages (for 2 people and Oasis experience). It was originally supposed to be 25 minutes, but as mentioned the process took a little longer.
