Do not use All-Pro if you expect accountability. I contacted the builder of my home who requested that a representative from All-Pro attend my home after my sump pump alarm repeatedly activated for no apparent reason. All-Pro installed the sump pump equipment and alarm (in addition to other HVAC equipment) originally when my home was built. All-Pro arranged to have a plumber inspect the alarm and informed me that the backup battery was the issue and needed to be replaced. I replaced the battery myself at a cost of $320.00 but the alarm continued to activate. I've been an All-Pro customer for over 4 years, from original installation of all HVAC and plumbing equipment in a new build, through subsequent annual maintenance and resolution of equipment issues. I can say without hesitation that the All-Pro team (management, administrative and service staff) have delivered exceptional service on a consistent basis.

Called All-Pro Plumbing to get my mothers air conditioner and furnace fixed. Super responsive and finished when they said the job would get done. Dean and his crew were very professional. Office staff we great to deal with and very supportive. I have used All-Pro for other plumbing services and they stand behind their work. If you want to choose a company to trust for your plumbing needs by far this is the place. I will continue to use All-pro plumbing and recommend them to my family and friends if ever needed in the future.
