Taylor really surprised me throughout my condo purchasing process. Her level of professionalism paired with her network of connections gave us a huge advantage in getting our offer accepted on the property we wanted the most. Despite being station in Barrie/Newmarket, Taylor and her team were extremely helpful in showing us over 20 properties in the downtown Toronto core. I could not be happier with the results as we managed to get the condo that was at the number one spot of our “want” list despite the hard-headed vendors that were fixated on a price outside of our budget.

Working with Taylor and her team has been an incredible experience! My partner and I recently attended her seminar to help us go from renting to buying our first home. Taylor and her team made buying and selling easy. Having not done either of those huge processes before I had lots of questions and things I wanted to understand to ensure that it made sense and I felt comfortable with the suggestions being given to us. Taylor and her team answered promptly, kindly, and with knowledge that helped to ease the stress and anxiety that comes with such big transactions.
