I had a wonderful experience working at this clinic with Dwayne. He explained the entire process of what his treatment plan and it was effective at addressing my chronic condition from worsening. He is very skilled supportive and knowledgeable about he does. And I felt heard and supported....he met me where I was at and gave me what I could handle which made for a very supportive experience. Very grateful for the help this clinic has given me.
I’ve seen Dwayne for physiotherapy several times over the last 5 years. He helped me recover from an ankle sprain in 2020, fixed my shoulder issue (impingement of the rotator cuff) and is currently helping me with another ankle sprain on the opposite ankle. He’s always accurate with telling me approximately how long it will take to treat my issue. He’s friendly and professional. The staff and secretaries are also amazing! They’re all friendly and kind. They’re able to bill directly to my insurance. Bonus, they also provide a parking token so I don’t have to worry about paying for parking on the out. I rarely wait long for my appointments.
