“Our old eavestrough was dripping in a number of spots, so we looked for a local company to give us an estimate for replacing our entire system. We submitted an online request for a quote, received a reply the next day, and Can-Cro arranged for someone to come over the following day. When Derrick arrived, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis of our needs and made suggestions for improving our system layout as well as informing us of options for upgrading portions or all of the eavestrough. The whole process took no more than half an hour, and he sent us a quote for the three options that we talked about by the end of that same day. We also had another contractor come by to give us a quote, but the comparison between the two individuals gave us the confidence to go ahead and work with Can-Cro, so we accepted their quote, going with the option to upgrade 6 inch eavestrough for the entire house. The office was always quick in replying to my emails (within a day) and the installation time of 4-6 weeks seemed quite reasonable to us. Our actual installation took place on time, the day after the office gave us notice, and 5 weeks after the initial estimate. The crew of Kevin and David arrived right on time at 9 a.m., and Kevin confirmed with me exactly what I wanted with respect the job, including the placements of the downspouts. They proceeded to do an excellent job and were finished exactly when they said, with everything installed and cleaned up by noon. The new system has been functioning well all week, with a few rainy days to prove itself drip free and effective.
