    I started boot camp at PGS summer 2022. After 3 months, I decided to strength train with Payge. The best decision I ever made for myself! I've never been stronger, and I've never been more confident in working out. I love the private atmosphere as busy gyms are not for me. Payge is a wonderful trainer and a beautiful person. Private, professional, and so much fun!

    I have been with Payge for many years. I have done personal training sessions - and indoor, outdoor and virtual bootcamps with her. And when I say this girl can do it all - she can do it all, and more ✨Whether I have specific goals of toning up, losing weight, or just need to move my body for my mental health. Payge helps me reach whatever goal I have in mind. Payge always checks in with me regarding some injuries I have - and gives me modifications when needed (both in personal training sessions and bootcamp classes).I am so thankful I found you Payge!! Not only are you the best personal trainer I could have asked for - I am so grateful to call you a friend :)

    Payge is an amazing trainer! I went to PGS after more than 10 years without fitness and recovering from illness. Payge has been kind, uplifting and inspiring to me. I have gained so much strength and confidence since I started with her 2 months ago. Her classes are fun and challenging! I can’t praise Payge enough.
