“Melissa is just amazing! She is a professional and caring groomer, definitely the best choice for my fur-baby Shogun. Golden retrievers need a lot of care and she Melissa has done an awesome job with Shogun. Melissa is kind and loving, she took good care of him and I can see that Shogun liked her immediately. Shogun had bath, grooming, nail clipped and ears cleaning and after Melissa's care he came out like a brand new dog! Highly recommended“

“Thank you for treating Gaston (our bird) with so much love and care. We appreciate the effort you made. I did find that your practice had many fees associated with it that gave me an extortionate bill, including a check-up and re appointment booking check-up fee! Too much!! Why can't the follow-up be included in the price? I don't think I've paid $7-800 in all of Gastons 11 years of being in our home, let alone on one visit! But thank you for helping to treat his care as best as possible.“
