I had called/emailed a few places in the Newmarket area to get quotes for snow removal services after that huge snowstorm we had just had. I shouldn't have bothered because the only company/person that promptly responded to my calls was KPS, specifically Eli.Eli listened to what I needed, immediately gave me a reasonable time/date of when he could help me out and followed through with exactly what he had said! He actually went above and beyond what I had asked him to do. He was prompt, kind, efficient and provided incredible customer service. As a result, he's gained a client for life. Highly recommend.
