FIT physiotherapy is helping me recover from arthroscopic knee surgery done April 1st 2021. After waiting 14 months for surgery, various delays, my amazing and talented knee surgeon performed his skills successfully, and suggested FIT physiotherapy when I asked where could I go for therapy. Yes, initial thereapy was painful. However, in the skillful hands and calm, reasuring direction of Prankil and the entire FIT physiotherapy team, I am extremely pleased to have attained 80 degrees in ROM, range of motion, in my left knee. This comes after 14 months of stiff knee with zero flexibility, mainly sitting and house bound. I am 73 years of age and I am looking forward to regaining an active, mobile life style.
