This salon was awful and incredibly unprofessional. Don't even begin to discuss the service with me. While all 3 employees were working on one customer’s nails, my friends and I waited for an hour with the nail tips on our fingers. The salon was filthy in general, the employees were quite rude, the work they did was horrible, and the nails themselves fell off in less than a week. Went to get my nails done today. I wanted a classic ombré effect. Started working on my nails before even choosing a shade.There weee several red flags I should’ve seen…Only after my nails were done did she tell me that she doesn’t have “air brush” and cannot do the design.When I wasn’t pleased with the design . She asked what she can do to make it better so I suggested to remove the color and just charge us for the tips. She has the audacity to charge me for the removal too costed me 50$ for just tips that aren’t even shaped evenly with glue on my skin and bleeding finger.Service: Dip powder

I received a gift certificate May 31 and since June 23rd I've been calling and emailing to try to get an appointment. I decided to try to just walk in today, only to see the place closed and a sign from the landlord about non-payment of rent and that the locks have been changed! I am hoping the gift certificates can be honoured or refunded but I highly doubt there will be a satisfying conclusion here as I cannot get ahold of the business; hopefully not too many other people are stuck with gift certificates they cannot use!
