“My wonderful Mother had passed away and Dad did not want to move out of their house. I was trying my best to keep up with things at his house as well as mine but there came a time I knew I needed help to keep things as Mom always had. After searching online and reading reviews like this one I decided to give Twin Star a call. I had never used a cleaning service before and was not sure what to expect after hearing many horror stories. Natasha answered the phone and the rest is history as they say. She personally came out to Dad's house to access our needs and make sure she understood everything we wanted. She is lovely and approachable while still being very professional. She listened to Dad's concerns and made sure to address them all. We have been using Twin Star for just over a year now and have no complaints. Natasha is always available if anything comes up, checks in before each visit and their pricing is reasonable. The cleaners are on time, pleasant and really seem to take pride in their work. They are careful with Dad's things and very thorough, even cleaned a few things that surprised me (toaster crumb tray!). I would recommend their services.
