“After the installers gave up trying to figure out why my new heating system wasn't functioning properly 4 days before Christmas someone recommended Allan at Paradigm Plumbing.It was a complicated problem on a big system but Allan not only solved it, he dropped everything, put a cap on his fee and returned for three mornings until he figured out the installers had messed up.
