After the installers gave up trying to figure out why my new heating system wasn't functioning properly 4 days before Christmas someone recommended Allan at Paradigm Plumbing.It was a complicated problem on a big system but Allan not only solved it, he dropped everything, put a cap on his fee and returned for three mornings until he figured out the installers had messed up. He has since followed up three times to make sure everything everything is perfect.The installers covered his fee without question!!I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, talent and devotion to duty of Paradigm Plumbing.Services: Water heater installation

Alan was great, he was very helpful and honest; he repaired a kitchen faucet and hooked up the automatic water/ice maker on our fridge. He was very courteous as well. Would highly recommend and use again!

Today Alan came on short notice to fix a leak in my basement pipe. He was very professional and extremely helpful Explained everything he was doing and how this leak probably occurred also gave helpful tips to watch out for in the future,I never post but was so thankful for this man and the service he gave I want him to have recognition for his work .
