I've been going to My Mechanic for less than a year now. Each if my 4 visits have been as pleasant an encounter as one would hope. Today, however was more than a pleasant surprise. It turns out the rattle I was worried about was simply a loose heat shield and was quickly fixed and I was on my way. Quick, efficient, friendly staff and honest! What more can a customer ask for?
