“My old AC woke up dead on Thursday, I called Firstline at about 3pm and left a message, about 45 minutes later I got a call, explained my predicament, they came to the house and assessed the situation, later in the evening I got a quote which I accepted, I paid 50% upfront, the new system was installed Monday and is up and running, 2 technicians came to the house, one worked outside on the AC unit and the other inside the house at the furnace installing a new cooling coil which was bigger the the old one.
