“I've been a members off and on for several years and can't say enough good things. Clean interior, friendly staff, and great classes. They offer complementary towels after class and tea. I highly recommend.“
“Amazing place! Sending massive thanks to Coach David Diaz!!! The master of addressing mobility and strengthening at the same time! It’s both a work out for your body AND mind ?. Also, if you need travel advice, he’s your guy!“
“Exceptional Massage Experience at Anna Belanger!I recently had an incredible massage experience at Anna Belanger. The atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil, creating a perfect setting for relaxation. My massage therapist, Natalie, was both professional and amazing. She tailored the session to my needs, and her skilled hands worked wonders on releasing tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly satisfied. Anna Belanger is a top-tier choice for those seeking a fantastic massage. Highly recommended! Thank you Natalie!!!“
“Prana Shanti is by far the best yoga centre I’ve been to. I love the calm and welcoming environment when I walk in. They also have a great range of all different classes that are taught by great instructors. My favourite one was yoga Nidra taught by Randy, he had a very calming voice and a great personality! 10/10“
“I hired Marlene at La Tropiqua to do pedicures for the guests at a baby shower I hosted and it was fantastic. Marlene was great to work with in the lead up the party and all of the guests had a great time. It was such a nice way to spend the afternoon. Marlene brought everything with her and even had spa music playing while doing the pedicures. I would highly recommend!“
“It was a great experience, and my shoulders are much better. I will be back for sure. Thank you.“
“I tried the All-levels Muay Thai class and as a newbie I felt totally welcome here . I have 3 months experience with Muay Thai and felt like I needed a refresher and also a space to learn new skills! This gym was the perfect spot for that. Many thanks to all Kru's!“
“Besides their amazing pool and gym, customer service there is 10/10 and I tribute that to the leadership from Lourdes C., Membership Support Executive. One of my AirPods fell into the elliptical and got stuck inside the machine while I was working out. I alerted Lourdes of the incident and she acted promptly on steps we could take to retrieve the AirPod. She took my information, ensuring she would be in contact (which she was) as soon as she knew when the maintenance crew would be in for the elliptical. For the time being, she put an “out of order” sign on the elliptical so that nobody would use it and damage my AirPod. She notified me by email/phone call today that the maintenance staff fished out my AirPod and it was in perfect condition. I came in right away and was overjoyed and quite shocked that #1 the AirPod still works and #2 the level of customer service. Thank you so much Lourdes for taking charge of this situation, being so keen, thoughtful and in contact with me through all of this. Lourdes sets a very high standard for the membership staff at YMCA Taggart and she went above and beyond for me!“
“Excellent location. Has a pool, multi purpose rooms, outdoor facilities, outdoor rink and much more. There is lots of parking but it can be busy there. This facility actually has openings for family activities when you call to register. Most of the time in Ottawa you are put on a waiting list even when you call within 5 mins of the class opening. Facility is clean and well staffed.“
“I joined this club a year ago after going to GoodLife for the better part of three decades. There is good and bad about this club.Good: There are a lot of squat racks, cardio equipment, and classes. There are some really good instructors for the classes as well, and they are generally super friendly and helpful. The fitness manager is amazing!Bad: Too many people during peak times, a lot of them are young people standing around, taking up room/machines, but socializing more than working out. A lot of the younger staff will often stand around behind the desk socializing instead of greeting/helping customers.Overall it's a decent gym with decent equipment, but if you are not going to use the classes or other amenities then you're probably better off going to GoodLife.“
“Mountain goat yoga is a down to earth environment offering personable and joyful experiences. This studio and the owner Julie invites you in with open arms and I feel like I’m being wrapped in a hug whenever I go.Thank you for creating a safe space for students xo“
