I came in today for an eyebrow wax, and the esthetician, Abby, was so nice! Super friendly, engaged in conversation, and I really appreciated how she explained her steps of the process for the eyebrow wax before she began. For example, “First I’m going to start by cleansing, followed by a trim, and then the waxing.” It was very friendly and professional. Thank you!
