Overall Stewart Roofing provided the beset balance of all the quotes I received, aiming for longer lasting materials and longer warranty period, but still competitively priced. They resolved some venting issues as well with this job, so the upper floor is much cooler on hot days. Thank you!

We recently had to have our porch roof done and after getting 4 quotes from various companies we decided once again to use Stewart Roofing. During the quote process from companies, Stewart Roofing was the only company that used a ladder and went up onto the roof to assess for the quote.
On the day of the installation, the worker found an issue that was explained concisely. This is when most other companies would know they have you in a corner and raise the quote drastically, but an adjustment was very fair for the required additional work.
The finished product looks great, a well-done job.
All the workers were kind and respectful to me and my property.
