Cookie is an anxious dog, but since going to Uptown she has learned to not only be comfortable with Laurie and Ellen, but slowly warm up to the other dogs being groomed there. It speaks volumes to me about Laurie and Ellen’s care when Cookie comes out of the groomer’s excited.Laurie and Ellen are absolute stars, and though they are very busy, will always try to accommodate.
