I had a very helpful and easy experience with Patrick at the Merivale/Clyde location. I was in and out with a new wiper all in under 20 min. Patrick was very friendly, smiling and seemed happy to help me out because I had come from Mr Lube who couldn't help my issue at all.

Was having a bad day, battery failed in my Camry and various other christmas and life stresses. In my rattled state did not get any names, but the ladies and gentleman were absolutely awesome and helpful, and completely made my day. Merry christmas/happy holidays to them, turned my day around.

I only shop here for run-of-the-mill parts for my Suby because the customer service you get is top drawer! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All attributes I pay attention to and appreciate. Am especially grateful for the excellent and prompt service provided by Patrick at the Merivale store today!
