We had Ottawa Diamond Flooring install carpets in the upstairs part of our house and a flight of stairs the previous November. Salesperson Rob very nicely showed us the options in a conversational manner without being pushy. We chose the style we wanted and the installer arrived right on time on the scheduled day and did a great, tidy job. You can tell when someone cares about their work. We love it, looks great and is very comfy underfoot.

Excellent service and products. My wife and I are older than gods dog and need our stair rail. Diamond managed to schedule constructing the rail on the small time slloted by our painter. Fantastic joinery. Can’t recommend them highly enough

We hired Ottawa Diamond Flooring to install luxury vinyl plank on the main floor of our home (including stairs), as well as removing a half wall and installing a wooden and metal railing in its place. We are very happy with the workmanship of the crew from ODF. From the sales staff to the installers and carpenter, each person was professional and the job was completed very quickly - even faster than they estimated. We would not hesitate to recommend ODF to anyone.
