Their customer service is incredible. When I was not initially satisfied with my purchase I was very pleased that all my questions were answered and solutions were offered. They did not hesitate to respond to my requests, as well as provide me with ample information so I could have a better understanding of their products. I look forward to trying more of their products in the future.

I had the chance to discuss with a sales rep (Darlie) and the owner of Obasan. Both of them provided extremely valuable advices and were very professional. Buying a high-end mattress is not easy and they made everything so simple. When the delivery team was on site, they made sure that everything was installed correctly and that we didn't miss anything. They were courteous and complied with the current measures. I tried the products and they are just amazing. I've never had products as good as those from Obasan. From A to Z, the experience was incredible and I recommend this brand without hesitation.

I feel so great that both my babies (now kids) sleep on an Obasan, and now we get to too :) Not just a healthy product, the companies commitment to sustainability and the environment, but amazing customer service too. So easy to order online and is now being shipped. Thanks John&Obasan!
