This place is a hidden gem. They're exceptional whether you want to get a haircut, color, or just a blow dry. Linh and Irene are pros and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have found this salon.
Noir is a great spot to get pampered! Tina does my lashes and the retention is so good! Either linh or Irene are great for hair services - both are friendly and take so much pride in their work. I got hair tinsel put in for the holidays, it’s so nice and fun addition to your style, got so many compliments!
I first came here about a year & half ago for help fixing my damaged hair from another salon. Linh has been so helpful in maintaining the health of my hair while helping me achieve the perfect blonde (mind you im naturally a dark brown hair colour). Shes talented, knowledgeable and always goes above & beyond. The rest of the team is just as amazing. Everyone is so fun, sweet and welcoming.
