Merivale Medical Imaging offers a seamless experience from online booking to appointment. The staff is kind and professional, making customers feel at ease. The clinic is clean and orderly, and technicians are skilled and polite. Recently, customers have noted that the front line staff is polite and efficient. The technician for the echo cardiogram was kind, considerate, and informative. However, the reception area can be busy and noisy at times, which may distract some customers. Although parking fees are a concern, many have found the staff pleasant during their visits, with special mentions of staff members like Jeeva for their helpfulness. Some have also pointed out that the front lobby could be tidier and that there were issues with the public restroom.
I've had imaging here many years ago. The staff were friendly. I'm leaving a 2 star rating today because there's no direct way of knowing wait times.
You stay on the phone for 30 minutes listening to music that gets cut off every 30 seconds by an annoying useless message only to be told there's an 8 month wait time for a knee ultrasound.
I'm sure management can spend a thousand bucks, update their website and phone service.
I bet if you hire someone for 20 bucks an hour this can be fixed in a week max.
My test went exactly as scheduled. The examiner was friendly but professional, and told me I was a good driver and should have no problems even driving the highways.
Which made me very happy. I hugged the examiner after my test, which I know I shouldn't have done, but he seemed happy enough with it, and now we have a date for next Friday and I get to drive!!

I’ve been to a number of medical testing sites in Ottawa and Merivale Imaging is one I would not recommend. For them the appointment time seems to be only a vague estimate. The waiting room is too small for the amount of people. And the technician that did my test was like an automaton who seemed to have little empathy for the pain and discomfort of the test.
