Jess has cut (and highlighted) my hair over the past 2ish years, and I always leave her place feeling amazing. Jess is easy to chat with, really listens to what you want, and is an excellent hair stylist! I love every haircut (and highlight) she has given me. I would highly recommend Hair by Jess!

I have been getting my hair cut by Jess for a few years now and I love her. She is so friendly, her salon is clean and comfortable, and she gives me great haircuts. I have uneven wavy curls and she's the first hairdresser I've been to that can make it look good in a way that I can recreate and maintain at home (I'm very low-maintenance).

I’d like to clarify some details regarding a recent incident at Hair by Jess that led to a recent negative review. I was present during the situation, and it appeared that there was a misunderstanding.
The lady who left the one-star rating seemed to believe she had an appointment, but it was clarified by Jess that there was no appointment in the system. The Assistant added the lady’s name to a cancellation list only.
