Long story short, they saved me thousands. Francis Home Environment told me my furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced ASAP. Ercan's sent someone for a second opinion. The guy from Ercan's assured me there was nothing wrong aside from a valve that was $500 to fix.. A year later, and the furnace is still fine. Very impressed with their honesty.

Ercan's really is a pleasure to deal with. From the Technicians on site for repairs, to the office staff behind the scene, to the President/ Sales Team. They are honest, fair, quick to arrive, thorough when investigating, and take the time to explain your options and make you feel empowered to make the right decision. I cant say enough nice things about this company. A company that goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. A big thank you to everyone involved in our repairs and replacement.
