Bahrain and her manager Ramy helps me a lot, also there is another girl who do not give me her name been trying to figure out a way to help me out. When my key do not work Bahrain use their backup key to help me but it doesn’t work. So she use drill to open the lock. Because I have to leave city next day so I have to open the lock. The lock is so hard to break Bahrain kept drilling without stopping even though she was very tired. When we open the door some accident happened in my room. Ramy helped me out of a very difficult situation.

Had a closet installed, looks good. They gave us the wrong handles, and we needed a minor correction to some of the bars (wrong length). It took a few weeks, but they did return to correct the deficiencies. Overall, we are happy with the product (this is our 2nd Dymon closet), very functional, and makes better use of space vs other closet systems. Would have given 5 stars if the initial install and the corrections were faster. The installers and designer were very pleasant to deal with.
