Excellent job with my nails!I did find it odd they have a sign in sheet at the front, never experience that in a salon before (outside of COVID for contact tracing).I asked for a design and they said they’d charge me $100 for it, which I've had some elsewhere for $70. When I declined and said it was too expensive I felt like they were speak ill of me and the person I came with, certain mannerisms and words in English as they were speaking amongst each other. I would ask for more professionalism in that aspect.Unfortunately because of me feeling uncomfortable, I won't be returning.

I have gone to this spa for years and once I finally found the right technicians, it’s been great ever since. I highly recommend Chelsea and Helen - 10/10 in my books. My Mom also comes here too and always asks for Thao, and no complaints from her either. If you speak up about your nails, then you won’t be disappointed in the end.

I have been going to Deluxe for about a year now and I was going and getting whoever. However, I meet Chelsea! I have not looked back. Chelsea does an amazing job every time. She's friendly and always happy to see me. The whole team is really nice and I recommend you try Deluxe, you wont be disappointed Lisa B
