Wonderful service as always from Centrepointe Animal Hospital. I took my two cats in yesterday for their annual check ups. Dr. Theoret and vet tech Leslie were both awesome. The covid19 protocols are taken seriously and I felt safe in the building and putting my cats in their care. One gets a little feisty and the other gets very nervous at the vet. Leslie is particularly good with cranky kitties and she is very gentle. Dr. Theoret did a thorough exam, was gentle with them and gave great care instructions. I always leave feeling like a valued customer and like they care about their clients. Top notch customer service as always, despite the pandemic 😅
Dr. theoret and her RVT Leslie are an amazing team, and even more amazing individuals. I have been a client with centrepoint animal hospital for approximately four years, and have had five or more animals as their patients. Regardless of which pet, or what crazy concern, I call or visit about, I am always greeting with a smile and my questions are addressed with great knowledge and respect.
