Although this review is a little belated… I was helped by Mahdi to upgrade my phone. He showed that he really cared about my experience with him by looking for the best solution for my mobile needs all while being conscious of the monthly price. The customer service at this location was great. I had an item I wanted go on super sale so I ordered it online but didn’t get the protection I wanted. The staff member was extremely helpful and this seemed consistent with all the staff in the store. I’ll make the extra few km trek to go to this store merely for their great customer service.

The world of cell phone deals can be very confusing but Pratik at Best Buy Merivale Rd. made my life much easier! He was able to review my family's cell plans and offer us savings both for the phone and the plan. On top of that, Pratik was an honest gentleman. See him ,if you can!
