    Went to the store to go get a new device. Had to come back because the only two representatives were busy with other customers so I left and came back later hoping it be less busy. Came back later the activation was taking a long time plus I had my child with me who was losing patience. An older asian rep came and start harassing the young representative who was trying to finish her job with me. *She was amazing by the way* .. He kept rushing her by telling her other customers are waiting as if we weren’t customers. She was doing her job. He should’ve told those customers to wait or come back just like i did.

    We came to buy a scooter, and Ahmad started to help us until he realized we were Jews from Israel and decided to stop serving us. Unbelievably 2024, Best Buy still employs an anti-Semitic employee.At least the manager and other employeehelped us and provided better service.

    As big box retail goes, this Best Buy has always impressed me. They are prompt to greet you (even though it may be to a fault at times). The associates are good at caring for customers and do what they can to help you out on a consistent basis. I have used their insurance policy (bad pair of Bose headphones) and aside from a little runaround to make sure everything was returned, they did honour it and I appreciate their efforts. The replacement headphones I got (Apple Airpod Pro 2nd gen) are easily the best pair of headphones I've had. I'm always happy to shop here and the location in Kanata.
