I have been debating hardwood floors for some time and dreading the stress of the entire process. In the end, Shelley and Murray gently guided me through it all. The installers (father and son) were lovely; so kind and helpful. Our son recommended this business for our starting point to getting good quality product and service. Shelly was excellent in presenting the product and procedure for purchase and installation. She knows her business. Murray was the estimator/installation liason for Barwood Flooring. The flooring purchase and install was everything we had hoped it would be and more. The installation shows excellent craftsmanship in the work done without a flaw. Mirage flooring lived up to it's reputation. We had issues with our floors throughout the home upon closing on a builder purchase (Builders fault for un controlled humidity). Barwood took ownership of the builders fault, and replaced all the floors throughout my home. Thanks to Roni and team, the new hardwood job was installed to perfection.
