Saw Nancy Kahl today for a massage to help with back pain. She is so lovely and knowledgeable! She started and finished with a scan of my range of motion which I’ve never had a RMT do before. Her technique was gentle enough that I wasn’t just in pain for an hour but also effective enough for loosening up the tightness in my muscles. She made me feel super comfortable through the entire process and also suggested some stretches and movements to add to my workouts. The clinic is clean and scheduling was convenient and easy with lots of availability. Very happy to have found Nancy and this clinic!
Jen Marie Kelsey was amazing, during our consultation she was very attentive and reassuring that her hands would help! She was right, I haven’t had a massage in about a year and forgot what I was missing.

I had a therapeutic massage with Jazmine and I already have my next appointment booked. I had no idea how tight my shoulders were until I came out of my appointment and noticed how soft they had become again, and I’ve never had that from an RMT before. I can’t say it was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had, there are lots of noises in the building (vents) and from the hall/room next door, but Jazmine made it worthwhile with the perfect pressure and technique for what I needed.
