Had Abell here last week to deal with a wasp issue. Tech Neil H. was thorough, friendly, a great communicator, and highly conscientious. I felt like I was speaking to a company owner, with his professionalism. I was surprised to hear that he was an employee. Oh, and the wasps were quickly eliminated.
