Great staff. Steve was professional, amicable and fast. They are very reasonable. Had a quote from a garage in Orleans for the same work which was ridiculous and scared the heck out of me. Would not go anywhere else now!

Prices auto are the best store in Ottawa to buy any types of tools ?. Their policy of return definitely nobody can beat that, if you buy anything after they added your phone numbers into their system, if any problems with that product they will takes it with no stress until 2 long years. And they customer services are really good ?.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and the most respectful explanation of why my car needed the recommended repairs I've ever received. G&L will be my first stop from now on.
