I called here today thinking I was going to be able to get some assistance. I asked a question and was told in a rude tone I needed to really look into the company I work for (after they said they do not deal with what I am asking about and were not knowledgeable in the what I was asking about.). They then told me I needed to speak with a place has an actual ACCOUNTANT, to which I stated that the name was misleading. I just figured that there would be an accountant there being a place that does accounting. She yelled at me and told me and told me "WE DO ACCOUNTING, WE ARE NOT ACCOUNTANTS! THERE IS A DIFFERENCE!" Just moved to the area and used them for the first time. They were accommodating to our schedule, had Saturday appointment open. Quick and have an audit guarantee. She explained everything professionally but with a personal touch. Family owned and operated and reasonably priced for the services they provided compared to competitors.
