Called for an estimate, they came to our house for a consultation, they said they would get back to us with a quote in the next day or two, and then we were ghosted. We have since emailed & called them and still no response or estimate.
Have been waiting since October 2022 to get stairs replaced. Didn't arrive to measure until Jan 4 2023, but still waiting for quote. Was told on 5 separate occasions that they promised to do the quote within 48 hours. I still haven't received one.If I knew of another stair company, I wouldn't waste my time on this company.We are a household of 4 disabled adultsIt's a shame, as I've seen quality in their workmanship.
Absolutely terrible service. Had Rob Maric show up to measure and provide a quote for recaps and to replace 2 staircases. I received no response after leaving 3 messages at the office and on his cell phone. At a later date I personally when to Glenbrook Stairs and meet up with Rob. He spologized for the miss hap so we proceeded and I resubmit the required dimensions etc. via email with a follow-up call. He assured me he would complete the quote that day and get back to me ASAP. I have yet to here back form him.I would suggest finding a more reliable stair provider. Can you imagine placing an order and deposit with this kind of service.Not sure how they survived this long... read full review
