Northern Building Services recently came out to do a foundation repair on our home to seal up holes where critters were getting in. From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. The quote they gave was exactly what we paid—no surprises (well other than the ones the critters gave us with finding new nests!)—and the work was completed right on schedule.

They were clearly knowledgeable and confident in their approach, which made us feel secure that the job was being done right. When they were finished, you couldn't even tell they had been there—everything was left perfectly clean and tidy.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job. The work is top quality. He provided the details of what he proposed and delivered exactly what he said. One of the most impressive aspects of the job was the clean up afterwards. All debris was removed without any issues. Except for the refinished chimney, you would have never known that he was here.
