“I recently had the joy of having Hardrock Construction do some renovations on my home. Todd completely replaced a bathroom, changed all doors in the house, and painted much of the house. I can't say enough good things about Todd and his work ethic, craftsmanship and the added value he brought to the project. The work is well beyond all my expectations. Todd was courteous, hardworking, always on time, on budget (imagine that) and the quality is second to none. He cleaned up when a carpeting company came, replaced some carpeting, and left a mess behind. It was unexpected, unnecessary but very much appreciated. That i sjustthe person he is. If anyone reading this needs work done, please do yourself a favour and call Todd at Hardrock Construction. You will be thrilled with result. “Our Condo Corp hired JCO + Associates to complete a 2 - 20 floor story bldgs., 2 lobbies and 2 mailrooms along with 2 Parking levels. They had amazing sub-Trades, the JCO Project Manager was on target and anytime there was a change in scheduling, we were provided with an update. One (1) Board member and the PM were points of contact to make sure that everyone understood the process. Our corridors were completed within the prescribed timelines along and our parking levels were completed almost 6 months in advance on JCO's recommendation that we address them in the summer months rather than in the winter months. Good move! The only delay [about 1 month] was the completion of the lobby elevator wall slab - the marble was a specialty order. And if anything, when it was installed, it had an amazing visual impact. I would highly recommend JCO + Associates for condo refurbishment!“
