When my father passed away at Trinity hospital next door, we walked across the street and spoke to an amazing funeral director, Allison. Although we didn't make an appointment, she came into the room and walked us through everything in detail and quickly. She did an amazing job with empathy and we were very happy with the support and guidance provided. During the visitations at the funeral home, Jay, another funeral director took over while Alison was out and did an amazing job stepping in to help us and our family. Recently helped us with funeral arrangements for a loved one and it was an incredibly seamless and positive experience all around. Had a horrible experience with Scott’s (at a higher cost) about a year an a half ago right in the middle of one of the worst lockdowns and it was horrible by comparison (with little to no service and support by comparison).Thank you Turner and Porter for making such a difficult time easier to navigate.
