Trades by Jack did an amazing job with replacing my eavesdrop. The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Genti and Angel were both friendly and highly competent with the service provided. I highly recommend them!
I had gemstone lighting installed by Trades by Jack a few years ago and they worked flawlessly. This year I'd had some of them stop working and called Trades by Jack for support. They came out and determined that the low voltage lines were chewed through by the local squirrels. Quick fix (for free!) and I was up and running again. Next week, same issue. They came out again, fixed for free again and each time they tried to re-route or protect the wiring to prevent it from happening again. This happened a few times over the course of a month, each time they came out and repaired for free. Cannot say enough about our Gemstone lights installed by Trades by Jack. The team of Scott, Sabrina, Nate and Sid helped us through the Sales, Admin and Installation. Scott and Sabrina were super helpful and always followed up on our questions and requests. The team of Sid and Nate were very professional during the install and very accommodating to our concerns and requests. They left the property clean and we are very happy with the final result. Nate took time to show us the app and helped with initial setup.
