Although Jason at Thistle was swift in the preparation of my 2016 and 2017 taxes there were two significant errors in his submission including; depositing my ex-husband's refund into my bank account (typo) which has caused me hours of time on the phone with CRA (the issue is still not cleared up), as well as reporting my date of separation per my separation agreement which got me a significant refund initially however, because he is not knowledgeable about how benefits/separation work, I have since had them request the funds back as the date was not acknowledged by CRA.To add; Jason has refused the acknowledge any of my emails the past 5 weeks.I will now have to... read full review
