I love Home Depot with a passion. This location is lovely and perfect for 90% of things. There’s a few managers here and all are amazing EXCEPT for Lorita. Lorita is a very dismissive and rude and impatient worker. I don’t mean to be racist or anything but her behaviour is very ghetto. She does not belong as a customer service worker much worse a manager. I had a problem with a return and she barely listened and just said we don’t do that here and LITERALLY walked away. Like that’s never happened ever to me as a customer so I was extremely shocked. The next day I came back to ask another manager, Jeff, and he explained everything so well and actually listened... read full review

Surprising as it might sound I had the best customer service experience I've ever had . Period. I returned some lumber to exchange for longer posts. The staff looked our the right ones has them loaded on a cart then helped load them on my truck with no waiting around and did it in a helpful manner . Twilight zone

I've been shopping here for as long as I can remember. Staff at this store seem more knowledgeable than other Home Depots I've visited. Generally good selection and inventory. Tool rental folks are helpful.
