The technician demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism while addressing our concerns about mice and potential rats in and around our home. Two technicians came over to do the job for us. Both are excellent and very professional, something hard to find these days. We hired another company to do the same job but have to ask for the refund. It was that bad for the first company we hired.
