I recently purchased tiles for my home from Squarefoot Flooring and I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service I received from Sam. From start to finish, Sam was knowledgeable, helpful,and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Sam's attention to detail and expertise in tiles really made the process smooth and enjoyable.
I highly recommend Sam for anyone looking for quality products and top notch service.
Very helpful. Ordered flooring by phone and they had it ready for us to pickup in less than 48 hours. They loaded the skid into the van for us making sure it was stable. Friendly staff and answered any questions we had. Even offered us a bottle of water as they knew we had travelled from north of Barrie to purchase. Highly recommend! Pricing was one of the best as we shopped around.
This company is fantastic to deal with! I needed more tile to complete a job, and learned that the tile supplier had gone out of business. But they were not only able to track the tile down, but they got it in record time! I was having someone pick up the tile for me because I’m out of town. They let me know it might not be ready until 6pm. My friend arrived a bit earlier than 6 pm, and the tile hadn’t arrived yet, so they offered to drive it to my friends’ house that night, and they did!
Not only were they very pleasant do talk to, they were efficient, and went above and beyond for a very small order. Big shout out to Colin!
