Just finished with this service, we are yet to see any special results but they were honest about us living in apartment building and that its not up to them if the bugs come back. We are aware where bugs are coming from and will seal those areas. They did give us full on instructions were always there to answer and respond. Very friendly and patient and on time as agreed. I was told that it will take time to do the work, however; the $450 flat cash rate for a 1 bedroom apartment for almost an hour worth of work is my only concern. I spoke with Adam over the phone and Jesse came over to help with a mouse problem I was having. Both were super informative, transparent and professional. Great service all around and I highly recommend this company.
